The sun was shining, the birds were singing and what a better day than to spend it with the family. Ok, so it only took 5 years to get us out on a sled with the kids. We decided to have quality time with the family and went to the park for an afternoon of sliding down a hill at warp speed. Shantel went earlier this year with Ella, so she was a pro. Kallie on the other hand needed to figure out what this was all about and poor Keegan was stuck in a sled unable to move. Kallie loved going down the hill, but wanted to walk around and would refuse to go back up the hill for another go. (She was quite content walking around in the snow) We couldn't let Keegan go with out a trip or two down, so Gary and I took turns taking him down. What fun that was. Gary and Keeg were the last to come down at the end of it all and upon stopping (Gary sticking his feet out in front of him) Splashed a HUGE thing of snow right in Keegan's face. Keegan was so confused as to what was going on he didn't know whether to cry or not...our tough guy just sat there (what a trooper). I just so happened to pull that same stunt on Kallie, she just looked at me and said "Buuurrr it's cold". We had a great time until Kallie decided to be a 2 year old and throw a fit.

Those pictures are so cute! Part of me misses snow and the other part loves the 60 degree weather in the winter!
