dinOsaur

Gary took a few days off work and we decided to go to the Dinosaur Museum down at Thanksgiving Point on Wednesday. We have been wanting to do this for a while and decided this would be a good time and a great Family activity out of the house.

Here we are digging up our own dino bones!

Climbing on a dino just their size!
This is the erosion table where you can build canyons out of sand and water and create little dino villages then demolish it with a "flash flood". What kid doesn't like to play in the mud??

In this exhibit the kids got to find out where dinosaurs lived. There was a giant map of the world and you could push a button to find out where certain dinosaurs lived. Shantel got a kick out of the ones that were right here in Utah. She thought that was very cool that dinosaurs walked in her backyard. She also got to see where Australia is..there is a little boy in her class from there. And Keegan just liked pushing buttons.

This shark broke out of the tank and was about to eat us!
It was an adventure!
